Today has been better for our heart baby. She slept really well last night. She woke a couple times to eat and only fussed for a little each time the nurse came in.
This morning they stopped her Precedex for the final time. Hopefully we don't get the reaction we did yesterday.
She had another ECHO done this morning and her heart looks really good. No fluid around it.
Later today our nurse Becca was kind enough to help me bathe Mylah. The poor girl hadn't been cleaned since last week Post Op. It was nice to smell a clean baby.
The only setback we are still having is that she won't nurse. She won't even take a bottle. They have to remove the lines she has in her thigh because they are over a week old. So she is having another IV line put in so they can keep her on fluids. She will most likely stay on those until she eats more.
Please continue to keep her in your prayers. She can't come home until she takes in more feedings.
