Mylah is now 15 months old. Everyday I look at her and feel so blessed, thankful and honored to have her here and to watch her grow.
She is quite the little firecracker. She is always busy and getting into something. She is tiny, petite, and sweet. She is learning to talk and mastering her walk. She is silly, crazy, and loud. She is so, so precious.
Mylah reminds me daily that life is so short, that in a hospital room almost a year and a half ago we almost lost her. Life is something to be cherished, and hers we do cherish.
Now don't get me wrong, our lives aren't full of rainbows and butterflies, but she reminds us to slow down and look to the little things. We are so thankful for that blessing or remembering.
Mylah has done so many wonderful things these past few weeks!
She celebrated her second Christmas, and she loved every second of it. Who doesn't love ripping open packages and seeing that there are toys inside?!
She was able to visit Santa, and didn't like it very much...
she played in the snow for the very first time! She loved it.
while we were in the snow, she went sledding for the first time,
and she celebrated her second New Years.
She is truly our little miracle, we are honored to be her parents and can't wait to see what the New Year holds of our Heart Baby!
Lara! I don't know where in the world I've been. I hadn't seen your blog in a long time and had no idea that your last baby had this heart condition. She is ADORABLE, and I'm so glad that she's doing well. You are doing such a great job and your family is beautiful.
